This sup comes apart in the middle making it great for travel and storage. Fits inside most closets and cars! EPS foam core with fiberglass and epoxy resin. Outer layer is a durable polycarbonate shell which makes it strong and durable.
 
Two rods insert into the board to keep it rigid and two stainless steel plates (top and bottom) hold it together. Takes just a couple of minutes to assemble. Great smooth paddle, feels just like a solid one piece board. Check out the video of us pulling it behind a boat! Solid ride.

Each  piece is approximately 5ft 3 in Long and weighs 15 lb for each piece alone. The boards are fiberglassed, sanded and and cut in half by hand so there will be some variance between each board. We measured the one on the showroom floor for example, and the top piece was 5 ft 3 and 1/2 in and the bottom piece was 5 ft 2 and 3/4 in. The top part of the board weighed 14.8 lb, and the bottom weighed 15.4.
